Isadora Duncan- Free Spirited, Honest Movement. Martial Arts, to show personal power through Strength, Precision and Voice. Tai chi- the Slow Dance. Tae kwon do- the Dance of Precision. Aikido- Harmonious Spherical Motion. Healing Arts, sensing your inner peace, a place to self heal mentally, physically, emotionally , spiritually . Feldenkrais Method-the Conscious Sensation of Movement. Alexander Technique- Movement from the Top. Yoga-Conscious Dance of Alignment and Posturing. Taking the essence of these movements in a energizing fun way to explore and dance the Body’s Way stepping back into the sensations with Pleasure and Joy. Nia is done bare foot to sense the feet those hands that touch the earth. Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated ready to start or end the day.
