Simplicity Inspired by Vinn Marti creator of Soul Motion:  A Conscious Dance Practice

An invitation to dance and explore one of the three platforms of Soul Motion.

One of the platforms will be introduced at the beginning of class along with different exercises to explore and play with alone and together.

Pause/Presence the coming home finding stillness within your dance, relaxed and from there to begin again your dance.

Orbit/Orientation exploring 360 degree awareness with space being in relationship with self, another & others in the dance.

Echo Inspiration exploring the relationship of how others dance can influence your dance.

As we dance the landscapes of Intimate, Communion, Community, Infinite
